Alert number

I have TI running before market hours but notice that some alerts come through higher than 1(added column to show #) when the market opens. I have seen the first alert come through that shows number 10 or higher. By the time I get the alert the run is basically over. Any ideas why this happens? Or the fix? Seems like I should be seeing the alerts in sequential order. This happens throughout reg. market hours.

You should know that the Count column (#) represents our servers' count of how many times a particular stock has triggered that particular alert.  It is independent of your strategy.  Therefore it is possible that your alert window contains filters that weed out previous instances of when our servers reported that alert for that stock.

If you feel you should still be seeing some of the alerts, please paste your strategy here and we can take a look.
