Left channel bar issue

the channel bar is shown empty image host

it is still clickable. (windows 7)

Would love to get help

Hi,

Looks like a failure to load. You can either right-click inside the white space of the channel bar and choose, 'Refresh', from the menu window that opens; or you can close that channel bar window and create a new one by clicking, 'New' > 'Channel Bar'.

Thanks Will,

I guess it's because I'm using a private label product.
last time I used the original TI pro it worked like a charm.

Now it's a problem, tried what you've suggested. still doesn't work well in my killer (not cynical!) machine (win7)

Hi,

that looks like Optima and there may be a broken web component if 'refresh' and/or 'new > channel bar' didn't fix it.

Could you submit a ticket through email to: info@trade-ideas.com ATTN: Optima ?

We can take a closer look at it that way and try to identify what exactly is happening there.
